Overview
CUH is looking for well organised and committed individuals to join the Procurement Team to support as Material Handlers.
This is generally Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 18:00 service; however, we run a 24/7 service and you may be required to change times to suit service needs and demands.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the day-to-day activities and replenishment of stock across the Trust.
* Order, pick goods from the stores, receipting and putting away stock in the different locations within the Trust.
* Maintain good attention to detail for daily stock counts and ensure good housekeeping.
* Work in a small team environment and provide an interface between the procurement department and other departments internal to the Trust.
* Engage in manual handling activities, including bending, climbing and moving equipment as required.
