Location – You will be required to be active in our community around Leeds and Bradford. When not in the community, you may work from home or in one of our Places for People offices.
Role purpose
As a Community Connector, you will work closely with individuals and groups in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector. You will help people overcome barriers, connect them to opportunities, and support them to thrive.
Responsibilities
* Engage with communities and partners to understand needs and barriers faced by customers.
* Build and maintain effective partnerships with local organisations in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector.
* Support individuals to access opportunities and services that enable their thriving and inclusion.
Essential criteria
* Awareness of the challenges and barriers faced by customers, with a commitment to supporting their needs.
* Knowledge and understanding of the voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with local organisations.
