Overview
Mechanical Fitters & Pipe Fitters Semi Skilled & Mates working on the installation of cable tray, ladder racking, uni strut supports & brackets ready for pipework. Connecting pipework to panels, valves manifolds working from general & PID engineering drawings fitting screwed, maypress and small bore compression pipework. Other work installing mechanical systems on machinery & erecting fitting steel work platforms on food factory site. Also completing checks & pipework tests, working from IPAF Scissor Lift/Cherry Picker.
Locations & Travel
We are recruiting for sites such as Wrexham, Carmarthen, Cardiff, Newport and other areas. Further work could be available if prepared to travel, and ideally prepared to lodge away with hotel & meals paid for by the Company, if required for 3 to 5 nights per week where sites are not local.
Hours
Hours of Work = 07:00 to 19:00 Mon to Fri; Sat 07:00 - 16:30; Sun if required.
Term of Work
Term Work = 2 to 4 weeks plus other phase of work to be confirmed; could be longer subject to attendance, performance & workload.
Pay
Pay = Skilled £17.50 - £20 per hour Mon to Fri; Sat £22 - £25 per hour; Sun £25 - £29 per hour. Pay subject to skills/experience.
Lodging
Lodging = Ideally workers living local 10 - 25 miles of Site.
