About the Role
We're looking for a bold, brilliant, and boots on the ground Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager to run our Bootlegger venue in Covent Garden, London. Think killer cocktails, roaring live music, vintage charm and an unbeatable vibe.
Were after someone who leads from the front, breathes hospitality, and knows how to create an atmosphere guests want to come back to night after night. This is a full-time role based on a 45-hour working week.

Supporting the GM in Running the bar: planning rotas, placing orders, staffing, the lot
Driving performance: managing margins, hitting targets, and owning your P&L
Leading, inspiring and mentoring your team with confidence and style

Building relationships with local suppliers, acts and partners
