Who we’re looking for:
This is an entry level position for someone who is keen to work within a creative environment, and passionate about administration and teamwork.
The successful candidate will have good administrative skills and attention to detail. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign results, liaising with the media, taking part in creative brainstorming sessions, and managing campaign output.
The Role:
* Work as part of an account team to plan, develop and report on PR campaigns
* Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites, and blogs, for opportunities for clients
* Work with established platforms, including Meltwater and Coveragebook, to create reports for clients
* Collate and analyse media coverage
* Maintaining spreadsheets / logs
* Managing project tracker to keep team up to date with pending and active campaigns
* Organising and preparing daily creative brainstorm sessions
* Monitoring, managing and updating the team ideas database
* Compiling end of month reports for management
All applicants will have:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Extremely computer literate – experience of Microsoft Office is essential
* Be confident and personable with the ability to quickly strike a rapport with people, both in person and on the phone
* An interest on the national media and consumer news
