We’re working with a specialist SEN school in Gateshead looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a pupil who needs calm, clear boundaries and a trusted adult by their side. This is a role where relationships come first and progress happens step by step. You’ll be there to help a young person regulate emotions, stay safe, and access learning, even on the days when things feel challenging. It’s not always easy, but it’s incredibly meaningful work.
