Must have's
* Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, retail, hospitality or property
* Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone
* Strong IT skills with experience using CRM systems to manage customers and bookings
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
* Commercial awareness and a genuine desire to help customers
* Positive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and development
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries face to face, by phone and email with professionalism
* Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to move-in
* Converting leads into bookings and promoting additional products and services
* Maintaining accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system
* Supporting head office with inbound sales and customer service enquiries for multiple sites
* Taking ownership of site presentation, security and day-to-day operations
* Monitoring unit availability, completing site checks and reporting maintenance issues
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety and security procedures at all times
