Family Law Legal Secretary – Bath – Up to £35,000 An established and well-regarded law firm in Bath is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join its Family Law team. The firm has a strong local reputation and is known for handling high-quality work with a focus on client care and professionalism. The Family team deals with a broad range of matters and offers a supportive, collaborative working environment. This role will suit a Legal Secretary who enjoys being involved in all aspects of a case and is comfortable supporting Fee Earners on sensitive Family Law matters. You will play an important part in ensuring files are run smoothly from start to finish.The Role will Involve:
* Providing day-to-day secretarial support to Family Law Fee Earners
* Preparing correspondence, legal documents and court papers
* Managing diaries, appointments and key deadlines
* Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and other solicitors
* Opening, maintaining and closing files in line with firm procedures
* Audio and copy typing
* General administrative support as required
