Cleaning Supervisor - Guildford
Hours: 07:30 - 13:30 (Monday to Friday)
Location: Guildford
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard
2. Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with COSHH regulations
3. Manage stock levels and place orders for cleaning supplies as required
4. Communicate effectively with the client (HMCTS) to ensure satisfaction
5. Use company systems including phones and email for reporting and communication
What We're Looking For:
6. Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment is essential
7. Strong understanding of COSHH and safe use of cleaning products
8. Reliable, trustworthy team player with excellent leadership qualities
9. Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with clients
10. Basic IT skills for use of phones and email systems
