This full-time role offers the opportunity to support learners aged 8 to 18 in a truly unique environment. Working hours are 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available. Your Role and Responsibilities You will be working alongside teachers and specialist staff to provide meaningful support to students. Your role may include: • Motivating and encouraging students during classroom activities and learning sessions • Building strong, trusting relationships to help students feel safe and supported • Assisting with practical, creative or outdoor learning tasks • Contributing to a positive, structured and engaging learning environment • Helping students celebrate achievements and progress, big and small No two days are the same, and the impact you make will be visible and appreciated.
