Job Opportunity: Registered Area Manager - Adult Care Location: Lancashire Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Start Date: As soon as possible Are you a passionate, experienced leader in adult social care? We are looking for a Registered Area Manager to join our growing team and oversee multiple services across Lancashire. About the Role As the Registered Area Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Lancashire supported living services. You'll be responsible for managing the deputy manager, ensuring CQC compliance, promoting person-centred care, and driving continuous improvement. This role also requires someone with the ambition and ability to grow our services in the Lancashire region. Key Responsibilities Liaise with commissioners to grow the business within Lancashire Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple adult care services (residential, supported living, or domiciliary) Ensure services meet or exceed CQC standards and company expectations Lead, support, and develop the deputy manager and front line staff Monitor service quality, budgets, occupancy levels, and staffing Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion for service users Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures Drive service improvements and manage change effectively Represent the organisation in external audits, inspections, and meetings Essential Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Ability to build commissioner relationships and grow the business Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role within adult social care Proven track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC ratings Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and person-centred care Ability to work flexibly and travel across the area as required Current registration with CQC or eligibility to become a Registered Manager Why Join Us?
