Application Support Analyst required by a leading organisation in the professional services sector. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting and improving core IT systems, ensuring business-critical applications run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for core line of business applications, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed timescales. * Monitor application health, data processing, and integrations to ensure service continuity. * Investigate recurring issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. * Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support procedures. * Collaborate with internal and external teams on release cycles, testing, and validating system updates. About You: * Previous experience in an application support or technical support role. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. * Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. * Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. * A consultative approach with the ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences. Desirable: * 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of the professional services sector. * Relevant qualifications or progression towards IT certifications.
