About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. This role supports the brand team across the full marketing mix, requiring a passion for brand management, excellent communication skills, and collaborative working abilities.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will work within the GB Brand Team across brands such as Strings & Things, Attack A Snak, and Pure, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role involves leading execution and in-market activation, managing social media campaigns, supporting NPD and innovation, and overseeing budget and agency relationships. The position is based in our Staines office, requiring presence two days a week.
Key responsibilities
1. Drive brand growth, competitive advantage, and ROI.
2. Support marketing activations across GB brands.
3. Manage social media campaigns.
4. Handle shopper/trade media initiatives.
5. Brief and manage external agencies.
6. Oversee NPD and innovation pipelines.
7. Approve artworks for all GB brands.
8. Lead the Attack A Snak brand strategy and marketing tactics.
9. Manage marketing budget and provide updates.
