Job Description:
A highly regarded independent Commercial Broker is currently looking to add remote Commercial Account Handlers to their team, supporting both new business and renewals. They seek driven professionals with commercial insurance experience to serve a diverse client base.
The Account Handler will assist the Account Executive with managing client portfolios, including contract renewals and handling external queries, ensuring client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, efficient service to clients.
* Collaborate with Account Executives to provide comprehensive insurance services.
* Manage clients ranging from small to large corporate risks.
* Complete documentation related to placing, amending, or renewing insurance programs accurately and promptly.
* Maintain a professional image and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Previous account handling experience in a commercial insurance environment.
* Technical insurance knowledge.
* Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Experience with Acturis is preferred.
* Ability to work under pressure and process large amounts of information quickly.
* Influencing and negotiation skills.
* Progression towards CII qualifications is encouraged but not mandatory.
