Team Leader – Residential Service
We are recruiting a Team Leader to join our friendly, well‑established teams at our Residential service in Dereham, Norfolk.
This is a permanent role, working 30 hours per week at £14.35 per hour. You will spend 22.5 hours in hands‑on Support Worker shifts, leading the support team with assistance from Managers, and 7.5 hours completing office administrative tasks.
The shift patterns will vary and may include mornings, evenings and weekends, with primary shifts of 7:00 am‑4:00 pm and 4:00 pm‑10:00 pm. Overnight shifts and sleep‑ins may be required and will be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals with everyday tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
* Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
* Help manage finances.
* Assist with medication and wellbeing.
* Support work or employability activities.
* Arrange community trips for shopping or other outings.
* Facilitate social life and nightlife activities.
