Responsibilities
Previous experience in motorsport composite work is highly advantageous.
* Trim composite materials according to specifications
* Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure product integrity
* Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skill Set
* Previous experience working with composites is necessary
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
* Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
There may be the opportunity to travel as we offer Race Support to many teams.
