Salary: £155 – £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a progressive secondary school in Dronfield (S18). The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that build students’ programming, problem-solving, and analytical skills, preparing them for success in today’s digital world.
Key Responsibilities of the Computer Science Teacher:
* Teach Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).
* Deliver lessons in coding, algorithms, networks, and digital literacy.
* Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level assessments.
* Incorporate emerging technologies and innovative teaching strategies.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and achievement.
Requirements for the Computer Science Teacher role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach across key stages.
* Proficiency in relevant programming languages (, Python, Java, HTML/CSS).
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
