We're working with a respected UK-based organisation operating in a regulated environment that's seeking an Enterprise Risk & Controls Manager to join their team on a Fixed-Term Contract.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to shape and strengthen risk practices in a complex, fast-moving environment-working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure robust governance and compliance across the organisation.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n*A strong background in regulated or complex organisational environments, with deep understanding of UK financial services.\n*Public sector experience highly beneficial.\n*Proven experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, and data governance.\n*Strong knowledge of incident management and the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.\n*Recognised risk management qualifications (e.g., IRM, ISO 31000, or equivalent).\n*Demonstrated experience in audit and risk management, with the ability to assess and improve internal controls.\n*Proven ability to lead a risk team, fostering collaboration and high performance.\n*Experience managing enterprise-level risks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n*Exceptional skills in data quality assurance and risk reporting.\n*A confident communicator with a track record of stakeholder engagement at senior levels.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n*Leading, managing, and continuously improving the Risk Management Framework by gathering feedback, researching best practices, and recommending enhancements to the Head of Risk & Compliance.\n*Ensuring the framework remains proportionate and effective in supporting the organisation's risk and issue management.\n*Acting as a trusted advisor to business functions-providing leadership, guidance, and challenge to embed risk management effectively across the organisation.\n*Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability.\n*Delivering high-quality risk and data reporting to support strategic decision-making.\n*Ensuring compliance standards are met and exceeded, with a focus on UK financial sector regulations-it's essential you have a sound understanding of FSCS.\n*Overseeing risk monitoring and controls, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.\n*Leading and mentoring a team of risk professionals to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n\nKeywords:\nRisk Management, Compliance, FSCS, Financial Services, Public Sector, Data Governance, Risk Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Frameworks, Team Leadership, Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Incident Management, Risk Qualifications, Audit, Enterprise Risk, Central London Jobs, FTC\n\nAbout Adecco\nAdecco is an Employment Agency and an equal opportunities employer
