PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To support the Transport team with administrative tasks to ensure timely cost & revenue management and supplier payment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ticket management, sorting, and logging of tickets.
* Data entry of orders.
* Holiday administration.
* Develop, to be able to assist the team covering aspects of others' roles during holidays, e.g., booking materials and haulage.
* Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable, and legally compliant workplace.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB:
