Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in London is for a General Manager who will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. The General Manager will lead a team to deliver an outstanding dining experience, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include staff management, financial oversight, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team to drive innovation and aligning the restaurant’s offerings with its brand identity.
