An opportunity to join InPost UK's highly talented Network Team as a Business Development Manager. The Network Team's aim is to secure new locations for InPost Parcel Lockers across the UK. Your goal is to secure new site locations in East London by proactively promoting the clear environmental and economic benefits of InPost products to independent business operators in your territory.
What you'll be doing:
1. Promote InPost services, drive and own the progress of the sales pipeline from lead qualification to contract negotiation and signing.
2. Drive network growth in your territory by increasing the number of Lockers and PUDO locations.
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals.
5. Use a combination of warm leads and your own lead generation to close sales with Landlords, Asset Managers, & Property Managers.
6. Utilize analytics tools to guide decision-making and strategy.
7. Analyze territory potential, track sales activities, and produce performance reports.
8. Coordinate sales efforts with your team and other departments across the business.
9. Maintain CRM with details of prospective prospects interested in InPost products, from lead qualification to signed contracts, along with lockers deployment forecasts.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
* Ability to clearly communicate product benefits to a variety of prospects.
* Ability to create and deliver highly engaging presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
* Analytical and data-oriented approach to sales, utilizing frameworks and tools.
* Agile and responsive, capable of prioritizing, juggling multiple opportunities, and executing.
* A winning attitude and growth mindset.
Preferred experience:
* Experience and understanding of retail, e-commerce, and logistics.
* Experience selling to property managers and landlords.
