Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and support processes to maximise revenues and identify billing leakages
2. Ensure all billing is completed in a timely basis to ensure that Group cash flows are maximised
3. Responsible for the billing of non-standard accounts, ensuring they are accurately billed in accordance with the billing timetable and SLAs
4. Minimise the value of revenue accruals at each period end
5. Ensure dispute resolution of invoices queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
6. Champion the adoption of standard processes
7. Ensure all new and additional business is set up on receipt.
8. Perform interface management tasks, including error resolution & resubmission
9. Implementation of customer price increases
10. Provide support to Senior Management on projects, including performing UAT and regression testing
11. Work with internal and external Customers to support the business
Knowledge, skills and experience
12. ERP technical knowledge and experience preferred
13. Problem solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions
14. Able to identify and focus on key priorities
15. Planning and organisational skills
16. Must be used to working to and achieving tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
17. Excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of the business
18. Experience of MS Office products
19. Champion the adoption of standard process and automated process to minimise error
20. Team player
