Marketing Coordinator

R13 are pleased to be assisting a highly known business in their search for an experienced Marketing professional to join their dedicated marketing function. As the Coordinator, this role is all about bringing marketing plans to life, from shaping the campaigns themselves to making sure they are implemented smoothly and on schedule. You’ll help keep brand standards on point while supporting creative initiatives that spark customer interest and drive sales across the business.
This is a full-time position based in Norwich working predominantly Monday-Friday, although please note that some occasional weekend working is required for event attendance.
Offered salary of up to £35k alongside a quarterly bonus (£5k per annum) & a company car.

The Day to Day:
3. Plan and deliver B2C marketing campaigns.
4. Manage the creation and delivery of digital, print, and event materials, ensuring everything remains on-brand.
5. Oversee customer communications, including email and SMS campaigns, using CRM tools to nurture leads and engagement.
6. Build great working relationships with management and brand partners to keep activity aligned and effective.
7. Mentoring of a Marketing Assistant, supporting them with their workload management.
8. Keep the marketing calendar on track, making sure launches, seasonal events, and local campaigns are well planned and communicated.
9. Help to organise and run local events, promotions, and sponsorships that boost visibility and bring in new enquiries.
10. Work with digital partners (for outsourced SEO & PPC activity) to manage ongoing website campaigns.
11. Monitor campaign performance and report on results to show impact on leads and sales.
You Will Have/Be:
12. Posses a minimum of three years’ experience within a similar marketing position.
13. Understanding of marketing tools incl. Mailchimp, Adobe and website CMS.
14. Bring a genuine interest and passion for marketing, with a results-driven approach.
15. Be exceptionally organised and resourceful, adapting to changing demands.
16. A strong communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
