Overview
We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will be working 42 hours a week on day shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Adele Cottages. Adele Cottages are two one-bed houses providing residential support for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge. The service provides placements for adults who require a supportive home with round-the-clock care. The aim is to provide a pathway from Cygnet Sherwood Lodge and other hospitals back to community living.

Your day-to-day
This role is days only, working 12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 pm.
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
* Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
* Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical and welfare needs
* Report on medical and welfare needs as required
