Your new role
As PR and Marketingmunications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategicmunications initiatives. Working closely with the Director ofmunications, Engagement and Partnerships, you'll be responsible for:
1. Developing and executingprehensive PR and marketingmunications plans that support organisational objectives
2. Building strong media relationships and proactively securing coverage across both jurisdictions
3. Managing public affairs activities, particularly around funding opportunities
4. Creatingpelling content including press releases, case studies, marketing materials, and digital assets
5. Leading on media evaluation, crisismunications support, and public consultations
6. Collaborating with internal teams to organise events and develop promotional campaigns
7. Managing the Digital and Social Media Officer and working cross-functionally across the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring a degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) plus a minimum of 5 years' experience across PR, public affairs, and marketingmunications. Excellent writing, planning, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required for travel throughout Northern Ireland.
