Healthcare Assistant – Secure Environment (Chelmsford Area)Salary: £23,795 per annum (plus enhancements for nights and weekends)Location: ChelmsfordHours: Full-time, 12.5-hour shifts on a rotational pattern (including nights and alternate weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting patients during clinics and assisting in their preparation and setup
* Delivering care as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Administering medication (once trained and competent)
* Promoting health and wellbeing
* Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
* Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks
* Working in partnership with patients to ensure dignity and respect
What We’re Looking For
* A caring and proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
* Confidence using IT systems (Microsoft Office knowledge preferred)
* Previous care experience is welcome but not essential
Training & Development
We offer the Care Certificate as part of your induction, giving you a strong foundation in healthcare standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to progress through the Trainee Nursing Associate programme, leading to NMC registration.

Additional Info
* Shifts run between 7am and 7pm
* Full-time pattern: 3 days one week, 4 days the next
