We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive Supported Living Services team in Swansea. Our service operates 24/7, so flexibility is important. Shift patterns include:
 * Day shifts: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
 * Night shifts (enhanced rates): 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
 * 26‑hour (permanent) position available

Overview
In this role, you’ll be supporting four fantastic individuals with learning disabilities, helping them lead active, fulfilling lives. Each person we support has access to their own vehicle to promote independence, so a full UK manual driving licence is essential.
What is the role?
As a Support Worker, you’ll be involved in all aspects of day‑to‑day support, including:
 * Administering medication
 * Preparing meals and supporting with mealtimes
 * Laundry and household cleaning
 * Accompanying on shopping trips and running errands
 * Supporting relationships with friends, family, and the local community
 * Taking part in leisure activities such as swimming, cinema trips, and days out
 * Advocating for their needs, preferences, and choices
 * Providing personal care with dignity and respect
 * Assisting with manual handling as required
Skills and experience required
 * Full UK manual driving licence
 * Biologically female applicant only (specific to the role)
 * Experience working with people/customers
 * Experience working as part of a team
 * Basic literacy and numeracy skills
 * Basic IT skills
Pay and benefits
 * Hourly rate £12.75 (£24,531 annual FTE)
 * Wakeful night rate includes 20% uplift
