Job Description
As an HR Advisor, you will support the HR department and operational managers across our diverse business. Your responsibilities include providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, operations, employee relations, and case management.
Responsibilities
* Payroll and HRIS administration
* Provide HR guidance to management
* Implement HR policies and procedures
* Support employee relations and performance management cases
* Conduct investigations and attend hearings
* Stay updated with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Advisor and preferably hold or be working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Experience in employee relations, case work (probation reviews, disciplinary hearings, absence management), and strong administrative skills are essential. Knowledge of employment laws, proficiency in HR systems, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a valid UK Driving License are required.
We seek a highly motivated, customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Data analysis skills for management insights are a plus.
