We’re looking for a Customer Service Call Handler to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Team in Doncaster. The Role As the first point of contact after an accident, you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers during a stressful time. You’ll guide them through the initial stages of their claim with empathy, reassurance, and efficiency, ensuring they feel informed and supported from the very first call. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound calls from customers reporting accidents or vehicle damage Accurately logging claim details into our systems in a timely manner Keeping customers informed throughout their claims journey Liaising with insurers, repair teams, and internal departments Managing your own workload while contributing to team performance targets What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be an automotive expert — what matters most is your ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
