Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Company: Privately Owned Housebuilder (Non-PLC) Location: Maidstone, Kent Project: Large Residential Development (£20m) Duration: 2 Year Scheme Working Pattern: Predominantly Site-Based Salary: Competitive package (DOE) A well-established, privately owned main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for a £30m residential development based in Maidstone, Kent. This is a long-term, site-based role offering genuine ownership of a sizeable project, without the bureaucracy typically associated with PLC housebuilders. You’ll be the lead commercial presence on site, working closely with the project and site teams from early stages through to final account.
