You will assist in the receipt and delivery related to catering stores activities, ensuring that all designated areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic manner. What You’ll Do
* Assist in receipt for all goods received, checking quality and quantity
* Ensure all delivery notes are processed promptly in accordance with procedures
* Maintain delivery schedules to all areas, including patient meals to outer buildings
* Place orders with approved suppliers
* Ensure stock levels are controlled and rotation procedures are maintained
* Maintain standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the storeroom
What You Bring
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Average level of numeracy and literacy skills
* Basic food hygiene
* PC skills
* Knowledge of Health and Safety
* Physically able to undertake manual work (lifting, moving stores, handling equipment, walking around the site)

Hours: 37.5 per week / Any 5 out of 7 days, shift times 06:00 – 17:00. Pay: £10.90 – £13.14 per hour. Benefits: Access to Blue Light Card/Sodexo Benefits, 20 days holiday per year + bank holidays. Location: Royal Stoke Hospital.
