As a Graduate you will:
Assist in all cost and procurement management processes, preparing for the Gleeds’ internal APC programme and self-development training for Chartered status (RICS).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Contributing to high-quality service and deliverables.
* Assisting Cost Managers in delivering services accurately and timely.
* Supporting in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and managing tenders, including designing tender marking schemes.
* Helping evaluate and report tenders, valuing completed work, arranging payments, preparing final accounts, administering contracts, and preparing reports.
About You
What you will need:
* Graduated or will graduate before August 2025.
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* Good organizational skills and adaptability.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
* Outgoing, people-oriented, and a team player.
