Job Description
3. Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department
4. Support the recruitment process by posting ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
5. Help maintain employee records for new hires, status changes, and terminations
6. Provide general administrative support such as preparing reports and keeping track of schedules
7. Assist in the organisation and execution of company events and meetings
8. Support the onboarding process for new hires
9. Handle queries from employees regarding HR-related matters
10. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Proficiency in MS Office
13. Strong organisational and time management skills
14. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely
15. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
16. Previous experience as a HR Assistant or HR Administrator would be beneficial
