Southern Water is looking for a PMO Systems Integration Training Lead to play a pivotal role in how we deliver and embed project and programme controls across our Capital Delivery portfolio. Job Overview Sitting at the heart of our Programme Controls & Standards Team, in the Capital Delivery PMO, you will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of technical training across our core systems and processes (P6, SAP, PIM and others), as well as drive alignment with industry best practice, including the P3M3 maturity model. You will also play a key role in shaping internal communications, improving capability across the business, and supporting the roll-out and adoption of our AMP8 ways of working. This is a hands-on, visible role with opportunities to work across the business — from delivery teams to senior leadership. Responsibilities will include: You will focus on four key areas: 1. Training Delivery & Management Lead the design and implementation of structured technical training across core PMO systems and processes. Develop and deliver blended learning programmes (in-person, virtual, and self-serve). Support end-users with guidance, coaching and ongoing capability building. Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned to transformation and operational needs. 2. Embedment & Continuous Improvement Ensure effective rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes. Lead post-training evaluations and use feedback to refine training materials. Act as a key enabler for change initiatives across Programme Controls. 3. P3M3 Alignment Support alignment of PMO capabilities with P3M3 standards. Coordinate maturity assessments and implement improvement activities. Track progress against agreed improvement plans. 4. Communication & Internal Branding Develop a communication and engagement strategy to promote training, tools and best practice. Support internal branding for the Programme Controls & Standards team as a Centre of Excellence. Act as a key point of contact for all training, change, and improvement queries. About You We're looking for a confident and driven individual who brings: Proven experience in delivering technical training and capability improvement across project or programme environments. Working knowledge of PMO systems and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, PIM). Familiarity with industry standards and maturity models such as P3M3. A strong understanding of change management principles and embedment strategies. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and coaching skills. The ability to work across functions and levels, influencing change and building buy-in. Package This role will be full time Monday to Friday 37 hours a week. Southern Water operate a hybrid approach to working between our Falmer office and home. Please note that internally you will be known as Technical Training and Embedment Lead.
