3. Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
4. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
5. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
6. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.
7. Provide guidance on performance management and employee development initiatives.
8. Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and improve organisational performance.
9. Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
10. Deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
11. Proven experience in a HR Business Partnering role
12. Experience working for a SaaS company is essential
13. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
14. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
15. Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data effectively.
16. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
17. CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
