Senior Recruitment Consultant – Social Care (Perm/Temp) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a growing Social Care division, specialising in the placement of staff into Children’s Residential Homes across the UK. My client has secured a strong market position, having recently joined several major PSLs, providing access to over 250 services actively recruiting, along with a number of exclusive partnerships. The Opportunity: Join a successful and expanding Social Care team with a strong existing client base. Work on a mix of permanent and temporary recruitment across Children’s Residential services. Manage relationships with a large pool of clients and candidates. Opportunity to set up a new branch if bringing a proven team and track record. Progress quickly with a clear pathway to Team Manager. Requirements: Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (or a strong 180 Consultant ready to step up). Background in Social Care recruitment preferred, but open to related sectors. Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
