Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Team Leader to join their team based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a growing and dynamic business, supporting the day-to-day running of workshop operations. This role combines leadership with practical, technical involvement and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a team while remaining hands-on within a busy workshop environment.   What’s on Offer?
