Head of Children's Practice and Assurance (Principal Social Worker)

Salary: JNC Band 4 £70,570 to £75,707 per year, inclusive of 6% in lieu of lease car allowance.

Location: Church Square House, Scunthorpe

Hours: 37 hours per week

DBS: Yes, Enhanced with Barred List Check

Following the retirement of our current PSW, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Children’s Practice and Assurance (Principal Social Worker) to join our team, workforce, and community. The successful candidate will continue to promote our culture of excellence and high standards as we implement national reforms. Working with the Assistant Director Standards and Regulations, you will enable the best outcomes to achieve our One Family Approach, ensuring children thrive in their families, succeed in schools, and flourish in their communities.
