Key responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals. Drive performance management, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives. Provide expert guidance on employee relations and organisational design. Lead HR projects and campaigns that enhance engagement and culture. Analyse and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver specialised solutions. Knowledge, skills and experience: Degree in relevant subject e.g. HR, Business or Legal min. CIPD level 5, ideally level 7 Proven experience in partnering role ideally from the pharma, food or FMCG industry Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
