Part-Time E-commerce Compliance Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)
About Us
We are an international compliance and consulting company specialising in cross-border e-commerce compliance services across the UK and Europe. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time E-commerce Compliance Specialist to support client communications and compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with international e-commerce clients by email in a professional and timely manner
* Assist clients with compliance onboarding and document collection
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding VAT registrations, EPR applications, and regulatory processes
* Follow up on ongoing client cases and maintain accurate records
* Support daily administrative and operational tasks
* Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working with emails, documents, and online systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
* Previous office administration, compliance, customer coordination, or e-commerce experience is preferred
* Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage but not essential.
