Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated KS1/KS2 Teacher to work within a friendly Gateshead primary school. This role is perfect for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
What your day will look like:
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and creating a classroom where all pupils feel supported, challenged, and inspired.
Your role will involve:
* Planning and delivering lessons that engage and motivate learners
* Differentiating work to meet a range of abilities
* Supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development
* Encouraging a love of reading and learning
* Assessing progress and adapting teaching accordingly
You’ll play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
What we’re looking for:
* QTS or ECT status
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A passion for education and pupil progress
* A reflective and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm
* Term-time only
