Parts Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-owned business, near their Ely branch. This role involves providing parts support to retail, account, and workshop customers while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key duties include:
* Selling parts and processing orders and invoices
* Supporting workshop and trade counter enquiries
* Managing stock, deliveries, and warehouse organisation
* Maintaining customer relationships and promoting offers
* Completing stock checks and using parts/IBCOS systems
* Occasional deliveries and equipment sales/installation
* General warehouse duties (some heavy lifting required; forklift experience beneficial)
