As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Compliance Administrator to join our friendly in-house compliance team. About the Role: As an Apprentice Compliance Administrator, you will be completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship while supporting the compliance team in ensuring that all candidates placed into education settings meet the highest safeguarding and recruitment standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in administration and recruitment compliance, gaining valuable experience in a thriving and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting with the clearance of candidates for roles in education. * Obtaining and verifying references, qualifications, and employment history. * Processing and tracking DBS checks. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems. * Managing email correspondence and supporting with general administrative tasks. * Ensuring all compliance processes adhere to relevant standards set out by the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) and in guidance such as Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE). * Supporting the wider compliance team with any other duties as required. What We're Looking For: * No previous experience required - full training will be provided. * A genuine interest in administration, compliance, and/or recruitment. * Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and can-do attitude. * Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. * Comfortable working in a busy fast-paced, team-focused environment. * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. * GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) desirable but not essential.
