Senior Creative Designer

This is NOT a UX/UI or product design role. If you design apps, wireframes, or user journeys - this isn’t for you.
About Inlights
You’ve seen personalisation but you’ve never seen it like this. We turn customer data into scroll-stopping visuals and animations for brands like Dr. Martens, Manchester United, Hotel Chocolat, Boden & Omaze.
Think: Names crafted into scenes; Motion that feels like a movie trailer; Emails that people actually feel.
The Role
You’ll create high-end visual and motion-led creative for global brands. This isn’t about designing interfaces or websites. It’s about creating standout campaign visuals and animations that stop people mid-scroll.
You’ll design:
· Cinematic personalised visuals for email and web assets
· Animated storytelling moments
· Campaign concepts that turn customers into fans
This role is NOT for you if:
· You’re primarily a UX/UI or product designer.
· Your portfolio is focused on apps, wireframes, or user journeys.
· You prefer structured design systems over creative exploration
· You’re looking for a non-client-facing role.
Skills & Experience
Must-have:
· Advanced Photoshop (compositing, lighting, blending, realism)
· Animation skills – this can be simple frame by frame gifs or more complex video.
· Experience creating campaign-style digital creative.
· A portfolio showing visual craft + motion work.
· Understanding of email / CRM creative.
Bonus:
· Client facing agency background.
· Experience working on brand campaigns (not just products).
