About The Role
As our Receptionist, you will greet and sign in all visitors, ensure the reception area remains neat and welcoming, and provide refreshments to visitors. You will interact daily with our staff and visitors, demonstrating friendliness, care, and kindness.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer the front door intercom promptly and welcome visitors.
* Be the first point of contact for enquiries, answering phones and emails politely and promptly.
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception, office, and kitchen area, ensuring fridges are stocked.
* Support office team with packaging, mailing, and administrative tasks such as filing, laminating, and booking arrangements.
* Provide weekly reports as requested.
* Order office supplies and refreshments as needed.
* Resolve problems and queries from visitors and internal/external contacts.
* Foster a cooperative and positive atmosphere within the office, treating everyone with courtesy and respect.
