The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects (or primarily Maths, for full-time specialists)
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their learning
* Reporting back on lesson outcomes to teaching staff

Requirements
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Confident classroom presence and good behaviour management skills
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
