Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care through a collaborative model involving board-certified cardiologists and highly skilled advanced practice providers.
We offer a comprehensive range of cardiovascular services — from preventative and diagnostic care to interventional and long-term disease management — with a strong emphasis on personalized treatment and continuity of care.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) to join our expanding team in Rock Hill or Lancaster.
Position Highlights
* Clinic-Based Role: Provide general cardiovascular care at our Rock Hill or Lancaster clinic
* Monday–Friday
* W2 Employed Position: Full-time with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of cardiology or cardiovascular experience preferred
* Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
* Certification: Board-certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
