Working on complex engagements across multiple sectors ranging from FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing, Defence, IGH etc. this team is responsible for the pre-sales/sales, business transformation and technical delivery of SAP solutions and trusted to get it right first time.

The SAP Sectors Consulting team are technology-focused professionals who deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model. This role combines: Deep Order to Cash / Quote to Cash functional expertise, End-to-end customer fulfilment and revenue process ownership and S/4HANA solution design across Sales, Distribution and Finance integration. You will lead large-scale S/4HANA transformations, shaping customer fulfilment and revenue management processes, and driving adoption of fit-to-standard, scalable solutions aligned to SAP best practices.



What will you be doing?

1. Lead end-to-end Order to Cash solution design for SAP S/4HANA programmes, covering the full process lifecycle from order capture through to billing, revenue recognition, and cash collection.
2. Act as a functional design authority, ensuring consistency, controlled deviation from standard, and alignment to enterprise architecture
3. Drive fit-to-standard workshops, challenging legacy sales and fulfilment processes and aligning stakeholders to SAP best practices
4. Own the OTC process architecture and functional taxonomy, including:
5. Order management and pricing
6. Availability checks and allocation (ATP)
7. Delivery and logistics execution
8. Billing and invoicing
9. Credit management, dispute resolution and collections
10. Design integrated Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring seamless interaction with:
11. Finance (AR, revenue recognition, cash application)
12. Supply Chain (inventory, fulfilment, transport)
13. Provide functional leadership on S/4HANA Sales and OTC capabilities, including pricing, advanced ATP, credit management and embedded analytics
14. Oversee integration design across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, including CRM, e-commerce platforms, and 3PL providers
15. Drive improvements in business outcomes, including:
16. Revenue optimisation
17. Reduction in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
18. On-time, in-full delivery performance
19. Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating complex solution design into measurable commercial outcomes
20. Lead and support pre-sales and business development activities, bringing strong functional credibility in sales, distribution and revenue processes
21. Build and mentor teams, developing Order to Cash capability within the practice



What will you need to do it?
Functional & Solution Skills:

22. Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order to Cash processes
23. Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, including:
24. Order capture, pricing and contract management
25. Availability and fulfilment planning
26. Delivery execution and logistics coordination
27. Billing, invoicing and revenue management
28. Credit management, dispute management and collections
29. Strong understanding of integration between Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, particularly AR, logistics execution and inventory
30. Expertise in SAP Activate methodology, with strong experience leading fit-to-standard workshops
31. Ability to define functional architecture and customer fulfilment operating models, not just configure SD
32. Strong understanding of S/4HANA OTC capabilities, including advanced ATP, FSCM and embedded analytics



Experience:

33. 12–15 years SAP ERP experience, with at least 8 years specialising in Order to Cash on S/4HANA
34. Proven experience as a functional solution lead / SME across complex S/4HANA programmes
35. Delivery of at least 2–3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (design to go-live)
36. Strong track record in:
37. Leading OTC design workshops with senior stakeholders
38. Translating commercial and operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions
39. Designing enterprise-scale customer fulfilment and revenue processes
40. Experience across Advisory, Functional Solutioning and Pre-Sales roles
41. Demonstrated ability to balance solution quality with delivery pragmatism
42. Experience leading multi-stream delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
43. Strong stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence at CXO level (CFO, COO, Commercial leadership)
44. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills



Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

45. Strong understanding of end-to-end customer fulfilment and revenue optimisation
46. Experience with:
47. Advanced ATP (aATP) and allocation strategies
48. SAP FSCM (credit, collections, dispute management)
49. Integration with CRM and digital commerce platforms
50. Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Logistics-intensive sectors
51. Experience facilitating end-to-end Quote-to-Cash design workshops
52. Awareness of digital trends, including:
53. Customer experience and omnichannel fulfilment
54. Real-time order visibility and tracking
55. Pricing and revenue optimisation
56. Strong analytical capability and ability to link process design to financial outcomes (cash flow, DSO, revenue)
57. Ability to operate effectively in complex transformation programmes
58. Proven ability to support business development and client presentations

60. Strong client relationship management, built on functional credibility and delivery quality
61. Detail-oriented approach to solution design and governance in OTC

63. Commitment to continuous learning in S/4HANA OTC and digital commerce trends
64. Strong focus on mentoring, capability development and knowledge sharing



Our Locations:

We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core Tech hubs for this role are London, Birmingham, Manchester. 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
