We are looking for a reliable, competent Domestic Gas & Plumbing Engineer to carry out a wide range of residential gas and plumbing works. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, maintain high standards, and represent the business professionally in customers’ homes. Key Responsibilities - Carry out domestic gas works, including: Boiler installations, replacements, and upgrades - Boiler servicing and fault diagnostics - Gas safety inspections and certification (CP12) - Carry out domestic plumbing works Including: - 1st and 2nd fix plumbing - Bathroom and kitchen installations - Repairs, leak detection, and maintenance - Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs where required - Complete work to Gas Safe, Building Regulations, and manufacturer standards Accurately complete job sheets, certificates, and compliance paperwork - Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, site managers, and office staff - Maintain tools and equipment in good order - Identify and report additional works or issues on site Essential Requirements - Gas Safe Registered (Domestic – CCN1, CENWAT minimum) - Proven experience in domestic gas and plumbing work - Full UK driving licence - Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication and customer-facing skills
