What you will do in this role
You will:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms like Facebook, X, and Instagram, providing excellent service.
* Maximize opportunities to showcase the brand's products.
* Address customer queries regarding missing orders, payments, product availability, or recommendations.
* Handle order issues such as cancellations, returns, and modifications.
* Maintain a professional manner and stay knowledgeable about products and services.
* Proactively improve sales skills, product knowledge, and competitor awareness.
* Build relationships with customers and encourage referrals.
* Ensure a top-quality customer experience at all times.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
* Are proficient or bilingual in German and English (oral and written).
* Are based in Belfast, as you will need to work on-site a few days weekly.
* Are flexible to work an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and midnight.
* Have a minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a private, distraction-free workspace.
* Have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
* Are proficient in computer literacy and social media navigation.
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Have a clean record, free from credit, criminal, or disciplinary issues.

* Have experience managing and engaging on social media communities.
